Birchside Psychological Services is currently scheduling new patients in summer 2023.
If you are interested in scheduling an initial appointment in summer 2023, please complete this contact form.

Please use the Find a Psychologist link on the Association of Psychologist of Nova Scotia website for other local psychologists who may currently be taking new patients.
All treatment provided at Birchside Psychological Services is rooted in evidence-based intervention options, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Depending on the presenting concern(s) and the preference of the person(s), aspects of other therapeutic orientations are also incorporated into treatment.
At this time, therapy services are being offered by video (telepsychology) or in person, depending on your preference (while also taking into consideration safety guidelines)
If you have questions about telepsychology services, check out this website or ask a member of our team.
